Payments made through the Chargebee sandbox are not reflected in the Stripe dashboard (Test mode).


Clarification

  • One of the reason is  you might have skipped the form when connecting to a Stripe account with the Chargebee sandbox.

  • So, if you don’t see any payments reflecting in Stripe, then go to the gateway configuration page in Chargebee and reconnect the gateway with your Stripe account without skipping the form.

  • You will need to make sure to hit Connect after choosing the Stripe account.
  • If you are creating a new Stripe account then make sure to complete the form without skipping any steps.
