How do I fetch a report for bounced emails on my Chargebee site?
Solution
You can fetch the list of emails in Bounced status from your Chargebee UI. You can follow the below steps on your Chargebee site for the same.
Navigate to Logs > Email logs > Apply a filter by “Mail Status” as “Bounced”
On clicking on the email notification in the results, you can see the reason for the bounce (invalid email)
