I have configured multiple additional languages on my site. How do I show my email signature in the customer’s language
Solution
When you have multi-languages enabled on your site, in order to show the signature in the respective additional language, we would need to make changes in the Language pack on your site.
Here are the steps that you need to follow -
1. Download the language pack on your site. Here is our solution article to help you with this.
2. Edit the language pack on your site. Here is our solution article to help you with this.
3. To change the signature, we would need to update the value column for the
dy.from_profile.signature.sender_profile_ xxxx row in from_profiles.CSV file
4. If French is the additional language, you can find the from_profiles.CSV file under fr> Mandatory in the downloaded language pack.
