Summary

When an Entity (customer/item/invoice etc.) syncs from Chargebee to QuickBooks Online, we store mapping of the same so it can be referred by us when syncing future updates and avoid duplication

Error "Entity is not present in Quickbooks"

Solution

This happens when the associated invoice is synced from Chargebee to QuickBooks Online for the first time, but later, when the invoice is updated in Chargebee and the same update flows from Chargebee to QuickBooks Online, it leads to the error entity not being present in QuickBooks Online.
