Why do we see ‘-1’ responses when looking at property survey_sentiment within Cb Retention?

Our data suggest that some people are selecting '-1'. Do you know what actions a customer would have to take to end up with this result as their Survey Sentiment?


We are using "-1" to represent blank values (when no selection is made) as we need a value to pass for these and we use 1-10 for the user-selected inputs. So currently these are sessions with Blanks for that field since it is not required.
