Solution
If you see customer details/ billing address updated via ‘Scheduled Activity’ such as below:
It is most likely that your Chargebee site is connected to HubSpot. It means that the contact details were updated for the customer in HubSpot due to which they got auto-updated in Chargebee as well.
It is also likely that there are multiple contacts that are associated with the Company in HubSpot:
What you can do to fix this is- open the required contact, and make it the primary contact in HubSpot as shown here.
This way, ONLY the updates made to the Primary contact in HubSpot will be reflected in Chargebee, and additional contacts will not auto-update fields in Chargebee.
